Shipping policy
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. At this time we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii, and international shipping is not available. Orders ship from Mountain View, California.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will be processed on the next business day. Express orders placed before 12:00 PM PST (Monday–Friday) may ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will ship the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times
Typical transit times after shipment are:
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
• Express Shipping: 1 business day
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays. Delivery estimates begin after the order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery ZIP code, package weight, package dimensions, and the selected shipping method. Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over $100 within the contiguous United States.
Sales Tax
Sales tax may apply depending on the shipping destination and applicable state tax regulations. Any required sales tax will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once an order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier. If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue. If a shipment is confirmed lost after carrier investigation, a replacement or refund may be issued.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. REZ SPORT is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
