1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.

Orders placed after business hours, weekends, or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on carrier operations, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight, and selected shipping method.

Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly displayed at checkout when applicable.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

5. Shipping Locations

REZ SPORT currently ships within the United States only.

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes (if applicable — remove if allowed)
  • APO/FPO addresses (optional — adjust if needed)

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

REZ SPORT is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work closely with shipping carriers, delivery delays may occur outside our control.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact:

We will assist in initiating a carrier investigation when applicable.

8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact support@rezsport.us within 5 days of delivery with photos of:

  • The damaged item
  • Packaging
  • Shipping label

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for resolution.

9. Shipping Confirmation

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier.

10. Policy Updates

REZ SPORT reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of purchase applies.
