1. Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 21 days of delivery. Returns requested after 21
days are not eligible for refund. To start a return, contact info@rezsport.us with your order
number.
2. Eligibility Requirements
Due to the hygiene-sensitive and performance nature of swimwear and water polo products,
all returned items must meet ALL of the following conditions:
• Unworn, unused, and unwashed
• Not exposed to chlorine, saltwater, or any water activity
• Free of stains, deodorant, makeup, lotion, sunscreen, odors, or pet hair
• No stretching, fabric stress, or visible wear
• Original tags attached
• Hygienic liner intact and not removed
• Returned in original packaging when applicable
3. Inspection & Approval
All returns are inspected upon arrival. REZ SPORT reserves the right to determine eligibility
based on product condition. Returns that do not meet requirements may be declined and
returned at the customer's expense. For hygiene and safety reasons, worn swimwear cannot
be resold.
4. Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return unless defective or incorrect:
• Clearance or discounted items marked Final Sale
• Limited edition releases
• Custom, team, or personalized products
• Items returned without hygienic liner
• Items exposed to water
• Gift cards
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, place a new order and
return the original item if eligible. Performance swimwear is designed for compression and a
snug fit does not indicate a defect.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact info@rezsport.us within 7 days of
delivery with your order number and clear photos. Approved claims may result in replacement,
refund, or store credit at our discretion.
7. Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must contact info@rezsport.us to receive return
instructions. Items sent without prior authorization may be refused.
8. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective or
incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. REZ SPORT is not responsible
for lost return shipments. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after
inspection. Banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time.
10. Abuse Prevention
REZ SPORT reserves the right to deny returns, limit future purchases, or refuse service in
cases of suspected return abuse or fraudulent activity.
11. Policy Updates
REZ SPORT reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The policy in effect at the
time of purchase applies.
