Return Policy

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• To begin a return, please contact us first; we’ll provide instructions and the return address.

Return Procedure

1. Repack the item in its original packaging.
2. Ensure all tags are attached.
3. Swimwear-specific: the hygienic liner must be attached and intact.
4. Obtain proof of postage and use a trackable service.

Who Pays Return Shipping?

• If the item is damaged/defective/incorrect, we cover return shipping after approval.
• For all other returns (fit/change of mind), customer pays return shipping.

Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for returned items until they are received at our return facility.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Conditions

Return Requirements

• Items must be new, unused, unwashed, free of deodorant/makeup marks and odors (including chlorine), with all tags attached.
• Swimsuits and water polo suits must have the original hygienic liner attached.

Non-Returnable / Final Sale

• Final Sale/clearance items cannot be returned.
• Items returned worn, washed, altered, or without hygiene liner (for swimwear) will be declined.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

1. Keep all packaging and accept delivery.
2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order info.
3. We’ll review and provide a prepaid label or a solution (replacement or refund).

Exchange Policy

• We don’t offer direct exchanges.
• Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.

Payment Processing & Security

All transactions on the Rez Sport website are securely processed by third-party payment providers, PayPal and Stripe. These companies handle the entire transaction process, including payment authorization, capture, and refunds.

Rez Sport LLC does not store, process, or have access to your credit card or banking information. Your payment details remain encrypted and protected by the security systems of PayPal and Stripe.

• Refunds are issued back through the original payment method used at checkout.
• Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer but typically are:
  • PayPal refunds: 3–10 business days
  • Stripe refunds: 5–10 business days
• For specific payment inquiries (such as refund timing or bank delays), please contact PayPal or Stripe directly after your refund has been approved by Rez Sport.

International Orders

• At this time, returns are accepted for orders shipped within the U.S. only.
